Facilities

 The New Science Building
The Science Center

Computing students have 24-hour access to academic computing laboratories and daytime access to several multi-media classrooms. Among the equipment found in these locations are the most recent models of popular PCs and machines running Windows and Linux. All of these machines are connected to a campus network to allow access to all campus servers (including multiple Linux machines dedicated to the School of Computing) and access to the Internet. We also have a large number of PDAs, conventional robots, and LEGO robots that are used in classes.

When visiting the School, be sure to say Hola to Mirna!

The School of Computing is currently located in the Science Center. In the Fall of 2001, we moved from our previous location in University Hall. In our building, we have two state of the art Yamacraw labs, as well as a 30 seat smart classroom, and a 12 seat smart classroom. These rooms are equipped with top of the line computers, multimedia projectors, and smart panels.
